As your cable design reaches its production phase, Fiberoptic Components, LLC is ready to meet your volume requirements cost effectively. Our production staff is experienced with production volumes ranging from dozens to thousands of units.

We follow the philosophy and practices of lean manufacturing/continuous improvement to ensure the lowest possible production costs. We draw our own glass fiber using only the highest grades of raw material. All fiber drawing operations have substantial capacity, ensuring we can meet increases in demand.

We believe that quality is built in, not inspected in. Our quality assurance staff employs modern, calibrated test and measurement equipment to verify product specifications and performance. Certifications of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 Quality Management System regulations provide the tools necessary for your most stringent application requirements.
